System Engineer

We are looking for an R&D Systems Engineer to support the development of next-generation vehicle systems. This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building real-world solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Contributing to the research and development of intelligent automotive systems

• Designing, prototyping, and validating hardware/software components

• Analysing performance data and building models to support system optimisation

• Rapidly troubleshooting technical issues and improving product reliability

• Working closely with engineers across software, electronics, and mechanical teams

• Delivering practical, production-ready solutions that enhance safety and performance

You’ll be working across domains like automation, vision systems, mechatronics, and data analysis—on both short-term and long-range R&D initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline

• Experience with automotive systems, automation, vision, or mechatronics

• Strong programming and data analysis skills (e.g., Python, C++)

• A methodical, analytical mindset with a practical, hands-on approach

• Excellent communicator and team player who thrives in a high-performance environment
